Adrian Chua  -  Adrian has completed US$8.9 billion of Asia-Pacific real estate investments & developments since 1995.  He was previously the founder & CEO of Roundhill Capital (which provided investment management services to PGIM Real Estate in Asia; PGIM acquired Roundhill's Japan operations in 2007).  Prior to this, he was a Vice President of GIC Real Estate.  Adrian is a CFA, and has a Masters in Finance from the London Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

Kon Hui Quek  -  Kon Hui has completed US$5.2 billion of Asia-Pacific real estate investments & developments since 2004.  He was previously the Business Development Director of the Hong Leong Group (Singapore), where he led their Real Estate Acquisitions & Development team (including partnering with PGIM Real Estate).  Prior to this, he was Senior Executive of Hong Leong Bank.  Kon Hui has an M.S. in Global Finance from HKUST-NYU, an M.S. in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Roman Krygier
  -  Roman has completed US$7.6 billion of Asia-Pacific real estate investments & developments since 2002.  He was previously a Managing Director of PGIM Real Estate, serving as Japan CEO, Senior Portfolio Manager of 3 Asian funds, and Portfolio Manager of 2 US funds. Prior to this, he completed real estate developments in Germany with SEPA, Landesbank Sachsen and BUGA Partners.  Roman has a Masters in Business Economics from the University of Hamburg.
