He was previously the founder & CEO of Roundhill Capital (which provided investment management services to PGIM Real Estate in Asia; PGIM acquired Roundhill's Japan operations in 2007). Prior to this, he was a Vice President of GIC Real Estate. Adrian is a CFA, and has a Masters in Finance from the London Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. ![]() Kon Hui Quek - Kon Hui has completed US$5.2 billion of Asia-Pacific real estate investments & developments since 2004. He was previously the Business Development Director of the Hong Leong Group (Singapore), where he led their Real Estate Acquisitions & Development team (including partnering with PGIM Real Estate). Prior to this, he was Senior Executive of Hong Leong Bank.
